My Experience Using the Photizo

Based on over a decade of hands-on use and hundreds of customer trials.

I have been using and supplying Photizo® devices for over 10 years, initially within the equestrian market and now increasingly for dog owners managing long-term conditions at home.

Over that time, I’ve seen Photizo used in a wide range of situations, but the most common are:

Vetcare vs Silent Vetcare – Which Should I Choose?

Photizo® Vetcare (with beep)

The standard Photizo® Vetcare emits a short beep at the start and end of each 31-second dose.
This is useful for confirming that the treatment has started and finished correctly.

Most animals tolerate the beep well, particularly larger dogs and horses.

Photizo® Silent Vetcare (no beep)

The Silent Vetcare is identical in every way to the standard Vetcare in terms of power output, wavelengths and treatment dose, but does not emit a beep.

This option is recommended for small dogs, cats and rabbits, or for animals that may be sensitive to noise.

UK delivery

All Photizo® Vetcare units are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Orders placed before 3pm are usually dispatched the same working day.
Saturday dispatch is available, with a cut-off time of 9am.

Photizo® Vetcare comes with a 24-month warranty, supported by Danetre Health, the UK distributor, warranty claims and servicing are handled through their UK service centre, ensuring fast and reliable support.

Please note that I am a UK reseller, and for warranty reasons I am unable to ship Photizo devices to countries outside the UK and Republic of Ireland.
