Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Where a product is offered under a specific purchase option, including a hire or Try Before You Buy arrangement, the terms shown on the relevant product page and our Terms of Hiring apply.

For products hired under our two-week trial service, the hire period and applicable hire fee are confirmed at the time of ordering. Once the product has been dispatched, the hire fee and original delivery charge are non-refundable.

Products must be returned within the stated hire period and in accordance with our Terms of Hiring. Any refund of the hire deposit is subject to the product being returned on time and in an acceptable condition. Damage, missing items or deterioration beyond reasonable use may affect the amount refunded.

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.
